Flaitheas

By Proinsias Mac a'Bhaird

Ógánach é Criomhthann a bhfuil saol an duine uasail i ndán dó. Ach ceistíonn sé an chinniúint sin agus, de bharr thragóid phearsanta, treoraítear é le saol de chineál eile a lorg — agus ní gan stró a thabharfaidh sé faoin aistear nua sin.

Insíonn Flaitheas scéal an duine atá ag iarraidh ciall a bhaint as an saol corrach, scéal an duine ag streachailt leis an gcinniúint, scéal an duine a dhéanann botúin ach atá ar a dhícheall an rud ceart a dhéanamh dó féin agus do na daoine thart air. Scéal gach duine againn.

******

Criomhthann is a young man destined for the life of a warrior king. Due to a family tragedy, he must go in search of a different kind of life — and he will not undertake that new journey easily.

Flaitheas tells the story of a person who is trying to make sense of changes in his life, the story of a person struggling with fate, the story of a person who makes mistakes but tries his best to do the right thing for himself and for the people around him. The story of each of us.
