About Gina Daly, Karol Daly...

Gina and Karol Daly met 12 years ago when they worked together at 02. Theirs was a whirlwind romance – they were engaged within two weeks of their first date and married 6 months later. They soon had their daughter Holly, now 14, and a year later again with their son Ben, now 12. They recently had their third child Gene. Gina and Karol’s love of life extended to their love of food and as they settled in to married life they began to pile on the pounds, with Gina requiring a gallstone operation. Having lost some weight for the operation she began to feel healthier and better in herself and so joined a local slimming club where she lost four stone. When the food got boring, missing her treats, Gina decided to improvise, and set up an Instagram account (@thedalydish) sharing her slimming but indulgent looking and tasting recipes. She amassed thousands of followers and Karol joined her, setting up an Instagram account (@mister.dish) and losing weight too.
