Event Tickets

We are delighted to confirm that we plan on hosting The An Post Irish Book Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on Thursday 27th November 2025 in The Convention Centre Dublin.

The awards dinner has become a major event in the Irish literary calendar, bringing together the entire literary community – readers, authors, booksellers, publishers and librarians – like no other awards.

 Please purchase tickets at the earliest opportunity, as numbers may be limited. 

Awards tickets are available exclusively to those working in publishing or bookselling, or with a direct connection to a shortlisted entrant.

Prices

Tickets for shortlisted authors are priced at €175 + VAT

The EARLY BIRD ticket price for all other guests will be €205 + VAT until 11.30pm on 31st October

From November 1st onwards, the standard ticket price will be €255 + VAT 

Please note, tickets must be purchased and paid online at the point of booking*

Table wine allocation is two bottles each of house red and white

Dress code is Black Tie

Please also note that we are unable to offer tables of 12 this year.  All tables will seat 10 guests maximum and you may have as few as 6 guests at a table. Smaller groups may be seated at shared tables.
