Sophie’s Swaps

By Sophie Morris

It’s time to take back control of your food shop.

We all want to make the right choices when it comes to food – but how much do we really know about the products in our shopping trolley?

In this eye-opening and empowering guide, health-food advocate Sophie Morris reveals how ultra-processed foods hide in plain sight. With her hugely popular clever swaps Sophie shows you how to make simple, smarter choices every time you shop.

Discover the psychology of supermarket design, the hidden tricks behind food labelling and the brands that offer less processed, better quality – and often cheaper –  alternatives. Plus, as a busy mum, Sophie shares 50 family-favourite recipes to help you cook more from scratch without the fuss.

Sophie’s Swaps will change how you shop, inspire how you cook, and help reshape Ireland’s food landscape – one trolley at a time.

About Sophie Morris...

Sophie Morris is a health-food advocate, food entrepreneur and cookbook author. She has earned extraordinary trust among Irish consumers which has drawn significant interest from the retailers who have approached Sophie to work exclusively with them. However, Sophie has turned these opportunities down to remain fully independent in order to create change within the food industry. She has also founded and mentored a number of Irish food start-ups. Her achievements in her food career resulted in her winning Image Magazine’s Young Businesswomen of the Year in 2012.
